 In the midst of nature, between Monflanquin and Villeréal, two charming bastides, "Las Bayol", in the heart of Domaine de Pautard, offers you a haven of peace dedicated to your well-being. Unspoilt nature, calm and a gentle way of life are the watchwords of this place.

The fully renovated gîte and outbuildings can accommodate up to 12 people. you can rent the gite alone (8 people) or the gite and outbuildings (12 people).

The gîte comprises 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, with shared bathroom and superb views over the surrounding countryside. On the 1st floor, under the mansard roof, there are a triple bedroom and a small bedroom with a trundle bed, each with its own bathroom.

Outside, there is a barbecue for grilling, a large awning with garden furniture, a ping-pong table and a petanque court.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are totally private and for your use only. Whether you rent the gîte alone or the gîte and outbuildings, the entire property is reserved for you.

The property also gives you access to a tennis court (playable but not in good condition).

The house provides bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A safe is at your disposal.

Baby equipment is available on request: cot, high chair, books and games.

Bernard, the guardian of the place, comes every morning to clean the pool, the jacuzzi and the outdoors.

He is at your disposal for any information you may require.

An electric terminal is available to recharge your car (charged according to your consumption).
